A good training day runs on more than slides and strong coffee. Get the food right and the whole day feels better organised. Here are our go-to ideas for meetings and training sessions.
Open with breakfast. For an early start, nothing settles a room like warm breakfast rolls and good coffee. Square sausage, bacon, egg — handed round while everyone finds their seat. It's a small thing that sets a generous tone for the day.
Plan a lunch people can graze. Mid-session, you want food that doesn't need cutlery or a sit-down. Sandwich and wrap platters, a few sharing bits, and something fresh keep energy up without the post-lunch slump.
Keep the afternoon going. A plate of traybakes and cakes around the 3pm lull does more for concentration than another round of coffee — though we'd happily sort that too.
Tell us the shape of the day. Numbers, timings, any dietary needs — we'll recommend quantities so there's enough without waste, and have it ready for collection or local delivery.
